Relocating gear and rear brake lever further forward

I've just bought a trike based on a 1985 Honda cb700sc, im partially disabled due to an earlier bike accident.The gear change is ok but the rear brake lever is to far back for me, as my right leg doesn' t bend fully. I would ideally like to relocate them further forward like a chopper. Does anyone know of someone who could do this for me or point me in the right direction for the parts to do it? Thanks in advance.
