HS6 trike dead spot

Hi. I'm new to the forum , and i have a problem with my Rewaco HS6 1600 with a mikuni carburetor,
When i get to speeds of 65mph plus, iget a millisecond of cutout, then continues running normally,
I've stripped the carb down and cleaned the jets , and checked the fuel line, but can't see no fuel filter,
Any suggestions would be appreciated, cheers

Is it above the tank, or just below pillion seat?
