Ok, this is just fort a bit of fun.
it doesn't matter if you work under a tarp, in a garden sherd, or have a state of the art warehouse.
Lets have a look at your "workshop"\garage
Here's mine.
Oooo, and I need to sell the lathe, 4l V8 lump, Borg Warner 65 autobox, 3D printer, Moon tank, XT550 forks plus both wheels 'n' tyres, and maybe the trike and XT550.

Re: Garage Envy
Would a BW65 box swap straight for a BW35 ? Or is it a complicated move?

Pretty sure is is a straight swap.Ghoulie wrote: Sun Sep 15, 2024 5:12 pm Would a BW65 box swap straight for a BW35 ? Or is it a complicated move?
I brought the box about 10 years ago, and it has been sat in the back of the garage.
I was assured it worked, by a really nice guy who built race style side cars.
Would have to sell it as "spares or repair".

Re: Garage Envy
It is a great commuter. I've put 75,000 miles on it.
Hasn't been used much since just before Covid, as I mainly work from home.

Re: Garage Envy
I would love a proper garage/workshop, sadly I have neither, any work has to be done outdoors, Trike is kept under a cover and I am obviously dependent on the weather, buying a new (to me) trike at the beginning of November is probably not going to do anything for my frustration levels, nor is it a good idea for a 71 year old to spend a lot of time in the cold and wet.
