It probably cos my old worn out body ain't used to laying around and it's seized up like an old car if its not used.

Yes m8 it's awful.

Had it since I was 20.

You can only have 3 or so steroid injections into it . Any more it starts to soften the bone.
I remember the 1st one effing killed!
But now they blend a mild local in it.
Instant relief.

But I've had my quota ha.
