I have an Edelbrock like that for my trike, but when I built the frame I used a Holley for mock-up. And the Edelbrock doesn’t fit between the frame tubes…. Typical blunder I make far too often. :bang:

So, I bought a cheap Chinese 38mm Weber, just to get things rolling a bit. £72 it cost, and seems very good quality, and looks the part. It’ll be good when they start copying the big four barrel carbs for a fraction the price.

I had to make an adaptor, and a spacer, but it’s on now.

Well yesterday I finally got to replace the rusty tail pipes on Saucy Sue with stainless ones.
Had it done at a local specialised exhaust place dealing in stainless systems.
Why Boom fitted there stainless system with chrome steel I've no idea, but it's all stainless now.
I took it there weeks ago so he could measure up to get the correct size and helped to fit them.

The top pic is showing one side done. The bottom pic the old ones removed.
Had them made 30mm longer.

Sorting out speedo and front calliper, they have just introduced MOT for trikes, bikes and quads here so getting it ready for that, loads of work I think, lol.

So that's why water's been dripping out of the rad...
I don't know if it's the bottom tank that's cracked or the bolt has rusted through but it's in the hands of the radiator repairer now.
